Newest grubee 4 stroke 4g kits?

Ive been out of the loop for a while,but seeing how im returning back to Chicago after 3 years in LA, Im bring back home a Schwinn Riverside 7 speed thats just dying for some 4 stroke lovin. My problem is that I can't seem to track down a 4 stroke grubee 4g kit cheap enough,let alone a new one with the fixed bearings, if anyone can point me in the right direction Id appreciate it.
 
with so many vendors its real hard to track down one of these kits for a good price,plus maybe someone else out there might know of somewhere cheaper yet that we've missed,so thanks for the link.

Welcome back outlawbiker! I know you have followed the Illinois law threads for a long time and I don't know the attitude of the police where you will be living. Just keep in mind that Illinois statutes limit motorized bicycles to 1 HP or less with a maximum speed capability of only 20 mph.
