Newbie looking for inexpensive entry e-bike (folding)

I am thinking of either getting the Izip via Mezza
(IZIP Via Mezza Electric Bike | Izip folding Bikes | IZIP Electric Bikes)

or the Wildfire WF-12E with 12" wheels
(Wildfire Motors - WF12-E)

I am 5"10 about 200lbs and this would be for city utilitarian riding. Any experience with either bike? I am really intrigued with the Wildfire but concerned that it is too weak, wheels too small and the pedal arms too short.

Any feedback or other thoughts?

I would look for an efolder with 20in wheels and multi speeds if you can afford it. It is tough to go very fast on 16in wheels and only one gear.

I agree unless you need to have it folded a lot and carry it and just need to ride a mile or two.

This is my efolder. Lee Iacocca mini ebike. It doesn't get folded much.
