I'm in the same boat with this project... 110 case reed with a Polaris 90 top end I've got parts for but I'm going to do a few simple builds first to build up to it... I'll encourage you with links to parts and ideas.. if I was going to do a chopper I would start with a Jesse James 20" bike with a 24" on the front... Very strong frame... moped forks KTM sx65 motor... You mount the 420 sprocket with concrete testing pucs 70duro cut up like a rag joint with a 44 tooth sprocket as the washer a piece of PVC lumber made to fit the convex of the spokes as a spacer... All it will want to do is wheelie and burnouts... Hit it with a holographic wrap for cars... Get someone who does tint to do it up in 10minutes... Disc brake caliper paint is going to be your best friend... The 2 part paint has a short shelf life and once it's mixed it's got to be shot... YouTube how to do it and have
