New to motorized bicycles

Recently picked up a beach bike with a two stroke motor kit on it. Used, but like new. Seems the previous owner had a engine problem with not accelerating, so I found this forum and will try to sort that out soon.
Anyway, glad I found this place and hope to spend a little time here!
 
Thanks! Learned a lot already just perusing. Sounds like I need a new carb, so I can ride this thing more!
