Custom machined aluminum adapter will allow you to mount any of our chainrings to our 206 mm cartridge bottom bracket or a 5/8" shaft with a 3/16" key way - giving you plenty of clearance.

That piece is more suitable for people running the wide-crank cartridge on non-shift-kit bikes than it is for using with a shift kit.

For example my brother runs the wide SBP crank with his Q-matic but he had to get the freewheel welded so he could use the coaster brake. He'd love that new part.

No, that's a non-freewheeling part. SBP has sold 2 different kinds of freewheel adapters for several years now (standard and HD). They lacked a solid version.

I have both of them. They look similar to that, but they freewheel of course.

I just installed one of those on my bike 2 weeks ago along with an SBP sprocket. It is a very well made part. Looks really nice, and works even nicer. The only hiccup I have is now I have no way to access the front mounting screw for the chain guard. I gotta elongate one of the larger holes in the sprocket so I can fish a screw and allen wrench through it.
