Hey Everyone,
I've been a bicycle builder over the past few years, but with aspirations of building cafe racers I found motor bicycles to be the perfect transition!
With the the build I'm undergoing at the moment, I've bought a Starfire 66cc kit for a cafe/board track style bike.
BUT (There is always a but) the rear sprocket fits over the rear hub, but the hub flange is too wide. So, I cant mount the sprocket unless I re-drill the mounting holes wider. Is there an easier way around this? Does anyone sell rear sprockets with mounting hardware that isn't too expensive that will fit the bill?
Happy to be part of the forum, and once this issue is sorted I will post lots of progress photos of the build.
Cheers, Kane
