I've been lurking here for a couple months since I started my own project. I finished building my 1997 Specialized Ground Control powered by a 160cc GC160 Honda motor and have taken it up to 45mph. I got a license plate for it, and I passed my M1 permit test. (Thanks to the discussion on legality) I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

A few specs: Shimano LX 8" disk brakes, Terry Alloy wheels, 9 speed 11-34 cassette. I bought two right hand Sram Half pipe shifters and removed the steel clip on one to use it for a twist throttle, and then I put the other one on the left side for shifting.

I removed the old spring shock and fit a Manitou Swinger air shock in the back, and used a Fox Float RL with 120mm travel up front.

Facebook Here's a link to my facebook album. I used a centrifical clutch from Northern tools and bought a jackshaft and freewheel crankset from SickBikeParts.com
