New Guy! Thoughts on bike please!

ok guys. this is my first project and I would like some advice. My bike is an all original 59 Schwinn Corvette. I want to relic a kit to match the bike and use it for a weekend toy. Any suggestions on what kit to use? im 230 lbs

Nice bike!

Basics of all the ht chinagirl kits are the same.
They will all work well with your schwinn, if you get the extended front motor mount.
You will need to get front and rear brakes. Very important!
IMO a coaster is insufficient when enjoying the bonus of motor assist.

welcome , so your going to age a new motor kit , COOL idea. I have built scale model cars for years an had learned how to age them with various techniques, so please post picks , I would love to learn how to do that , as long as ya dont mind me buggin ya now an then .

its going to be trial and error for me too. I have aged parts for guitars before but not anything large. So I will definitely post pics and share what works and what doesn't.
 
Here are my guidelines for building:

1) Predominant riding terrain.
2) Primary rider's physique.
3) Lookup and read local legal requirements.
4) Type of bike.
5) Budget.

Stay within these guidelines and you'll have a bike you can enjoy riding. Good luck with your build.
