new guy looking for first build assist

Hello from Chicago. I am starting my first build after lurking for awhile. I am almost a certified old fart(turning 50 in March) and ever since I had an old cobbed together Schwinn . when I was 13 I have enjoyed motorbikes. I ordered a motor kit from spookytooth and should be here this week. I have a old schwinn cruiser that its going on so I will post the progress as it happens. Seems like all the answers are within this forum if I dig around a bit bob

I am out in the western suburbs .Nougat, in the summer there is a friday night car show in my town and there are probably 6 MB's that park there. Thats where I got the inspiration for the project. bob

Welcome! I got 30 years till i'm an old fart. I put on a HP 66/80cc. You can get a lot of help from youtube also- plenty of good (and bad) movies. Looking forward to your progress!
