new dirt bike engine on bike

hey everyone been using the 66cc engines for a while now and finally had the money to make a more powerful faster bike using a 50cc dirt bike engine still a work in progress but i have it running and moving 36t sprocket

yeah it goes 80kph but once the clutch settles in it should go better it only took 6hours to put together it was a ktm replica kids dirt bike got it off ebay 600$ delivered another 400 for a welder couple of u bolts and off i go i need to adjust the expansion chamber i think its blocking the cylinder head from cooling a bit and its a little loud imagine a dirt bike at full revs

Welcome to the forum Looks like it will keep your bum warm in the winter time.....

Also keep an eye on the engine mounting brackets. With the power of that engine, you may want to beef them up a bit.

Really cool bike.
You might do your rear wheel a favor and build a better chain tensioner
before you pull it into the spokes and lock that wheel up.
There's plenty of ideas that have already been posted in the past.
It's not that much fun, especially when going fast.

yeah the engine is off a dirt bike i got off ebay ktf replica 50cc and haven't had any problems with the heat from exhaust yet just a little loud i made the mounts myself with welder and some scrap metal
