New crank arms arent spinning correctly

Hello,

I just installed new crank arms onto my bike. When I turn the crank arms, I have to push sorta hard to have them rotate correctly. Do I need to break them in, or is something incorrect on the install?

You probably installed something wrong (or over tightened something)

Take it all back apart & check... (Maybe the bearings are in backwards)??
