New Billet Clutch Covers for china dolls

Demill Works

New Member
Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I own a company called Demill Works, I specialize in custom billet parts. Wanted to show some of the custom billet clutch covers I make for the 66/80cc engines. Have a couple different styles, and finishes available, from polished, tumbled, blasted, and anodized. They range in price from $45-$60 depending on style and finish you want. All of my covers include new hardware, stainless, allen cap head bolts. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!! Thanks for your time

Thickness? How well do they clear standard cranks and pedals?

We've seen custom engine side covers offered before but they required wider cranks to clear them because they were thicker than the stock cast covers.

Of the thickest covers I offer, which is the finned one, it is only about .100 thicker than the stock cast ones. The rest are almost identical in thickness. I have attached some images of the covers installed.
