New 80 cc bike

My name is Todd and I am new to the forum. I just got an 80 cc kit and I assembled it and I am getting ready to start it up. Any feedback or words of wisdom before I start it.

Can I prime it too much. I primed it and a little bit of gassed leaked. Still no luck on starting. I took off the fuel line and check it. Does the fuel flow fast or slow out of the gas line into the engine?
 
"Baby steps grasshopper". Just like Cabinfever1977 said. Take it on a short ride, maybe just around the block. Then let it cool before checking all the bolts and connections. Let it cool so you don't strip any threads. Then go alittle further and a little faster. then check everything. You should start to see if you're gonna have any issues. Before you know it you'll be on trips for miles instead if mins.

the fuel flows slow,just enough to keep the fuel bowl on the bottom of carb full,if you prime too much all it does is leak a little out of primer hole.
were going to need more details in order to know why its not starting.
