So I heard a lot of people run their LED lighting of portable CHARGERS.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can hard wire 5 wire led brake light turn signal strip to a USB cable plug?

Seeking to build a simple set up.


Which will involve putting switches between the power source box

Two switches for turn signals which will be placed on the left side and right side of the handle bars which are momentary switches to simulate a relay.

One momentary switch for brake light during stopping .....

The running light can be omited as I will run a bulb off the AC wire.

Typically speaking it takes 4 AA BATERIES TO MAKE the less to illuminate.

Bad idea. AA battery only make 1.2v to 1.5v. 4 in line only make 6v. I would build a small 12v battery pack with 16 AA. Two banks of 8 AA in series then with the two banks in parallel.

A lawn mower battery many be a better option. Would have to look at cost vs the numbers.

This generator should charge a small 12v battery, you need a battery to have even voltage. This mounts behind the coil and uses the magnet as the engine runs.
