Hi,,
Im from Phillipsburg NJ,,Also am very confused about the laws for these motorized bicycles.Can somebody please shed some light on them.I would like to build,ride,and sell these here.What do i need to do,,get a moped license??I have a valid class a cdl with motorcycle endorsement.How the heck do we title and register??
