started to build the new bike but something don't seems to be right the motor mound is not long enough and i don't think the carburetor is level the distance between the seat bar and the front tube is wider then on my other bike ...is there a extension piece that i can put on front so it will make the whole thing level out....

You need to make a spacer or front mount, tighten the engine to the seat post letting the post seat in the mount, then measure what size the spacer needs to be on the front. Don’t try to point the engine down in the front, the angle of the engine Will be determined by the seat post angle.

The spacers should be between the plate and engine, longer bolts and washers will work, cutting pipe is an option too.

Any spacer should be between the plate and the engine to get the plate down to the frame. That’s why I said to bolt the engine tight to the seat post and measure. Take the plate off of the motor and bolt it and the bottom together on the frame, then measure the distance from the plate to the engine, that would be the spacer size.

The pipe is not sitting correctly or is it just on for the picture? On mine the mount aligned with the bottom hole in line with the top side cover screw.

Be sure to bend or align the rear pipe mount to the screw of the side cover, you will break the front mounting stud if you don’t , use removable thread locker on all bolts, screws
