Need help with choosing a kit (Im in Puerto Rico)

Im looking for an 80cc kit ideally in black with a slant head. Problem is im in Puerto Rico and would like to order it asap. I cant find a supplier that will ship to me and accept paypal. Zoombicycles is were I would like to get it from but they dont accept calls from Puerto Rico and I havnt received a reply via email. My second choice is stinger but theres doesnt have a slant head. Do you guys have any suggestions for me? Looking to pay $170 or less shipped via USPS priority.

It might be easier to have a kit shipped from the United Kingdom.
Another idea might be to find a Miami FL based engine kit seller.
Surely they would have some experience with shipping to the Carribean.
