mystery engine problem. (low power)

did you change the cylinder base gasket to a thinner one? if so you might need to go to a thicker base gasket stop the low power.
 
well i put the ring on the needle at the top notch and it runs better, but still not much power.

the gasket i replaced it with was .0033" if i measured right
