Sometimes I dream of places like that, then feel a bit downhearted when I wake up and realize that it's not real.

The neighbor is an interesting guy. He started that collection a long time ago.

Wheelwoman:
The storage area is about 1500 sq Metres, and the workshops another 800 or so plus the paint booth.

He seems to have enough cash. Running short on space however. it can be hard to get a good pic because of the crowding. On the right in this frame is the nose of the '55 chevy:
