My EMT DIY exhaust

Made this today out of 3/4" EMT and the stock muffler. Works great, sounds like a moped now lol. Its a tad bit more quiet and hopefully will keep the exhaust spew off the tire.

Performance wise its a little quicker off the line and smoother when accelerating. Worth the 20 bucks and elbow grease.

Great work. It looks good.

Just a suggestion but do you know that EMT will polish up and look like chrome with a little work on a bench buffer and some compound? You'll need to keep after it with metal polish but it will retain the shine for quite a while.

2Door, I actually took the design from one of your bike pics you posted.. I think tho I'm just gonna paint it, I'm too lazy lol

Bikeguy Joe, I just used a few 3/4" EMT elbows and a small straight piece. The pipe is four parts itself.
