One problem with the one piece cylinder and head is adjusting squish, there’s a flat portion on the head that helpS direct the power toward the center of the piston creating better performance. The only way to do it on a one piece cylinder I know of is base gasket thickness. I , like a lot of members here have tried several heads over the years, a head with the proper squish is more effective.

So I put the 44 tooth on today and the vibration between 23 and 26 mph is gone. It pulls much better uphill and still seems to have the same cruising speed of up to 30 on the road.
I also installed the new tires some on off road hybrid types. Just having problems with the fuel line lost the rest of the stuff that came with it and the replacement I ordered keeps splitting.

Fuel line.....just get some black gas line at the auto parts store. We used that blue see-through crap at the aircraft place I worked at.....and it always seemed to disintegrate after a few years. I asked the owner why we used that stuff. He said "It s cheap". Yep.

I’ll try some tug on, I got some of the black stuff but it’s a little big doesn’t feel like it fits the carb right
