Installed the Springer Front end last night. The forks were too long so I had to cut it down on my bandsaw. That el cheapo HF horizintal bandsaw has saved me a few times now. I also installed front and rear calipers on it, the coaster brake wasn't cutting it. Right now, only the front is working I need to get a dual pull lever to finish it off.

Yeah!......dang!....awesome build indeed....love the sprung front...shorty sporty fenders....truly a great build.....only thing I can see that might improve it is a laid back seat post....other than that.....nothing....superb build !
