motorized bicycles in Europe?

I was looking for a frame with an integrated gas tank and a combustion chamber but I cant seem to find any stores in Europe.I thought of buying the frame from King's motor bikes but I dont really know how things go for duties and customs.Does anyone know any stores from Europe or anything about customs ?

I know there are dealers in Australia but I dont know of any in Europe

best wishes, and I'd suggest contacting companies over here to see what it would cost to ship to you, never dealt with any of that stuff myself so have no idea what you would need to do actually.
