motorized bicycle in maine

I'm planning to go to maine in a few weeks and would like to take my motorized bicycle with me. Are they legal in maine or do I have to go rebel. Thanks Bob Mac

I'm headed up the coast line to acadia NP I travel on the road closest to the ocean

lol - man, that's so far up in the frozen northlands there's no one to care even if they weren't legal, what few there may be are prolly rebels too heh
