motor runs rich.

if you're leaking around the plug, then usually it isn't tight or the compression ring on the plug is bad - worst case bad or cracked head near plug

64 sounds tiny, but plug looks rich - maybe too much oil, or if it is smoking too much, maybe motor got full of fuel

After I ran it too hot and crack the cylinder head I brought my oil ratio back down to 32 one because I don't want to run lean or too hot.

Before I bought the RT carburetor I had the NT carburetor but I drove the idle screw into the side of the plastic barrel and every time I went to half throttle the idle screw would fall into the hole. That's the only reason I am staying to regret this damn Runtong, I really hope it works out.

OK so I already ran a few (3+) gallons through it. It's broke in tthe Chinese manual way.

After the thing got super hot that one day I run it at 32:1. I use synthetic oil. What's a good mix to use at this point

I run 32:1 with cheap walmart oil

remember for future - never turn idle up unless you have lifted slide a bit with throttle grip

Before you get too much deeper into this check for vacuum and exhaust leaks. also check throttle cable. a common pace to find vacuum leak. When your family depends of your bike to get you to work. You get good at fixing issues.
