Motor Mounts... What are you running?

Working on my first project finally. I have a 1.5" down tube and a 1.125" seat tube. My Zeda has 8mm studs and is ~1.9" spacing up front, ~1.6" in the rear. Trying to decide if I want to run the factory mount or use something "nicer" like the MM mounts. Possibly something from SBP.

What are all of you running? Any opinions for a newb since you've been around the block? Buy once, cry once apply here? ;-)

You should be able to use the standard mounts unless the tubes are too big.

Nothing wrong with the stock mounts. I've never had a problem with any of the 8 I've done.
I did "shim" a couple with lead sheet. It works, but needs to be re-tightened a couple of times.

Yep, no need buying mounts that you don't need, there are enough other things you can spend the money on.

I have shortened one mount and notched another to get the motor sitting lower in the frame. Worked extremely well.
