Hello, I was wondering how I could attach a sprocket to a weed eater, and then direct chain drive to gears on my bike. How would I attach the sprocket to the weed eater?
Thanks.cs.

The simple answer is that it's not easy to do. Pretty much (and I'm trying to say this in as nice a way possible) if you need to ask, you probably don't have the equipment and capabilities.

However, look up friction drives. You essentially bolt on a roller to the weedeater and make that run in reverse on the rear tire. Boom. Motorized bike.

I am thinking now that a friction drive would be easier, but how would you attach the peg to the weed wacker? Or could I use a socket? The weed wacker is a Troy Bilt TB575 SS..cs.

A weed eater is totally wrong for a bicycle.
Bolt a prop on and use it to power a canoe!
You may have to experiment with prop pitch and diameter.
Go fine pitch and moderate diameter is a suggestion.

I'd get some 4 stroke kit and put the weedeater on the front of the bike, believe me nobody will cut you off
