So a week ago the "Motor-Bicycle" has been introduced to me..Happy and excited i went to google for any websites that were selling kits..I Am a Californian Resident and mostly all the websites i look at is stating that they do not sell to the California resident due to the C.A.R.B issue...I want to know if i still can purchase the kit or where else i can that wont prohibit me from doing so.. Thanks.

Ive seen some on e-bay that say californa ok for shipping....Look up bicycle engine kits on e-bay....

Or you could peruse the 'Swap and Shop' subforum here on this fine site, even put out a request for a motor kit should you need to.
There seem to be quite a few here I'd trust enough to buy stuff from, and that's a surprise given how I normally view the interwebs...
