Moto x two stroke 80cc piston compatibility

No, the bore and stroke are wrong, the wrist pin would be too big also, I've never seen a 10mm pin in any motorcycle engine.
 
For the 66-69cc engines the current available piston and cylinders are, 47mm type A, 47mm type B, 48mm, and 49mm. I have a 47mm type B engine and one I converted to the 49mm. There's also the Minarelli upgrade that people are doing but that take much advanced skills.
