morini S 5 K engine

I have a old morini S 5 K engine that was sized up i replaced the piston and rings the cylinder was fine. I only get about 15 pounds of compression when I tested it. The engine won"t start and i'm not sure how much compression it should have. Everything else has been fixed i rebuilt the carb and the spark plug has great spark but won"t start! Help !!!
 
the reason i asked was that i have some parts you might need and these s5 parts are gettin hard to find. good luck
 
I'm in Simi Valley, Ca.I think i need to put in an over sized piston and have the cylinder bored out to fit it.This will hopefully increase the compression and get it to run.
 
that can cost some money besides the piston after you bore it you need to plate the barrow. i'm dont know what a s 5 ''k'' is but i do have some top ends that will fit. they are 3.5 hp that run real smooth. pm me with your ph# and we can talk. im not in this hobby for money so dont worry about that. dennis
