Monark Forks??

Does anyone know if the monark forks will fit a schwinn del mar?

I'm looking into this set up from Venice motor bikes:

Monarch forks have a 1" threaded steer tube around 6-7" long.
It fits standard cruiser frames, and it comes with its own bearing cups and bearings if your bike has 1 and 1/8 head tube.
If your bike has 1", just stick with your old bearings and cups.
Are you getting the one with the disk brake brackets?
