2 Hkbil 12v 20ah batteries
1 24v 600watt electric motor
1 8 1/2" front wheel
2 8 1/2" rear side wheels: mounted on $3 threaded rod from Lowes
1 8 1/2" rear wheel with sprocket and drum brake

standard recharge port mounted on frame and uses standard 24v scooter charger
I also have a plastic milk crate mounted on the rear behind the seat
Handle bar pole was chopped 6"s to be lower
I added the 2 wheels so it will qualify as a handicap scooter to be used on the sidewalk

I was wondering what you were up to. Very inventive!
Definitely will pass for a mobility scooter. 600 watts should be plenty.

Since i got rid of my gas engine kit and got 3 electric scooters.
I scrapped one for parts, made a scooter out of one and made a bike trailer out of the other and i still have my schinn delmar bike, its wore out from having a gas motor on it but it still works and i made a trailer hitch on the rear of the bike to hitch up a scooter trailer im working on. But i found out the second set of batteries i have may be bad, these are the ones i was going to use in the trailer. The set in the scooter are good.
So i might have to buy a cheap set of batteries, they wont be 20ah like the scooter cause that cost too much, maybe 7ah will be cheaper.
