Okay, I finally got some help with my photos. Late Whizzer tank, moped brake with arm held by welded button on inside of fork, custom blackout headlamp from my junk drawer, homemade clamps for CDI-tank-cables-chainguard & wiring, Nirve rear rack, and Felt seat. This is the motor that vibrated until I balanced it. Fun project, but a little too much olive drab for me. I had the motor apart so many times that now it sucks air through a crank seal. Should have it fixxed in a couple of days.

Sweet ride, if it weren't for the black tires, you could hide it plain sight.

WOW!!! ....That front hub is heavy duty!!!
Im, wondering ....when you paint the cooling fins of a motor, does'nt that insulate those fins and prevent the motor from cooling properly??
P.S. I'm asking..... not telling.
