that ball that is inside where the rod is by the clutch arm is that coming out by it self because i turned that motor upside down and it did not drop out almost if its not there or is there a way to make sure its in there was thinking could it be stuck in it and thet would cause the problem of clutch not working and slipping?

There's usually grease in there. If not, there should be. That makes the bearing stick.

A small magnetized screwdriver should pull it out.

There was a post a few days ago where the newer kits had a longer bucking bar and no ball bearing, I can't remember how long the old style bar is but its somewhere here on the forum.
