Make me a new metal piece

I managed to literally snap this metal piece in half I have as part of the custom bracket design I have for my bike..I'm gonna try the local car repair shop and see if they can do anything but I have my doubts. I want to explore all and any options to so I'll try chris hill as he may or may not be able to..

It's just a small piece of metal with holes for the bolts. It's 12cm long by 2.5cm wide. Has the thickness of a memory card.

Ok maybe your buddy that has a welder has a scape piece of 1/8 in around

do you have a hardware store,they might have a small metal bracket about that size and you could mark and drill holes in it to match your piece.

I tried that and the metal was to thick to be able to work with.
