Magneto issues

OK I checked my Magneto with it at top dead center it is at the one o'clock position and the little notiches are level with the bike motor. I still have no spark I got brand new coils everything I got numbers on my ohm meters . From the black wire to the blue wire. 3.04. Ok the cdi is checking out. From the hot wire tobthe ground i have about 3.00. Ok the coil wire checked out. The boot is good. The spark plug checks out. but I still have no spark at plug what else could be going wrong this is driving me insane.

First try it without the kill switch in the circuit. Some of the newer coils use different color wires, look at the coil to see which wire is coming from the windings and which is ground. Lastly I've had to remove the coil and sand the back to get good contact to the crankcase, sand the eyelet front and back as well. If your magnet has the keyway near one o'clock as you described that's correct.
