Do somebody know anything about Lutian engines? Are they sustainable engines?

Sure, like the Harbor Freight Predator engines are fine 4-stroke engines.
What neither is would be MB parts friendly.
You will have to craft some parts to stick a 6hp engine in a bicycle and then hope the bike holds up.
