looking to see if anyone has a gasket set template

hi guys im looking and asking around to see if anyone has a gasket template for a black stallion 48cc motor? did an hour or so reading and didnt find one anywhere yet.

It's probably easier (& a sure fit) to buy a gasket kit & trace it.

Cylinder base and intake/exhaust gaskets are on Sick Bike Parts website.

The gasket material they use is quite thick and pretty durable. At least for things like the cylinder base, intake, and exhaust. Getting tough gasket material like that is somewhat difficult it seems.

The rest of the gaskets are pretty cheesy and almost worthless. Like the clutch cover gasket. Why does that even exist? It's like putting a gasket between the engine and transmission on a car.

The cylinder base and head gaskets are available from a lot of the vendors of this forum, all of the other gaskets are the same as the 66cc. All of the side covers are interchangeable so the crankcase gasket should be too, I've had both size engines apart but not side by side.

Agreen, I think a better analogy would be its like putting a gasket between the car and the license plate. Transmissions need the gasket there to prevent the tyranny fluid from leaking.

I get full sets of gaskets for a buck for the 66cc - they may have them for 48cc too
