you dont see the zeda80 rod often far more common is the zl40 ive had each type but only one zeda80 rod both are good motors for the money and my favorite. Check out zeda motorsports....https://zedamotorsports.com/collections/zeda80/products/zeda80-triple-40-engine-kit....they have been out of stock quite awhile but have a limited stock now of zeda80 kits..129.00 i checked the shipping to me here in kentucky 3.50 the picture on the site doesnt show the rod stamping and its not in the info i would assume a zl40. Ive bought one kit from them and assorted other parts and havent had any issues with them as a vendor......kelly

I would want Iron sleeved cylinder. Zedamotorsports had zeda triple-40 engines then quickly removed the listings. For that reason I would buy grubee super rat.

Sorry to hijack this thread but it is somewhat relevant, I'll delete if it's inappropriate. I ordered one of the Triple 40 kits from Zeda Motorsports almost two weeks ago and still haven't got a shipping notification. Tried contacting with no response yet, first using the contact form and second directly emailing them. I hope they respond soon, I know it's in between the holidays so it's probably hectic over there but still wish they'd email me back saying there's a delay or something

I ordered one the first.. if it takes over long i'll cancel it with my card company. The last one i ordered from them went OK but this is twice now I'm hearing people waiting... kelly

Welp, while I wait for my refund I also ordered an eBay kit. This'll be my first 2 stroke kit ever and I was surprised that it came with Allen head bolts instead of chinesium Phillips bolts. Tank was also well wrapped and protected. Got it mocked up on a girly Columbia bike that I might do a Gender Reassignment Operation on. Here's hoping it rides decent.

I've used Paypal since it's inception & glad to report 100% satisfaction with their service, including quick refunds, but thankfully I've requested a refund only a half dozen times in more than a thousand transactions. If payment through Paypal isn't offered I don't purchase.

Next time go 69cc Iron sleeved cylinder because non of the shady builders seem to have them at this point.
