Kit to mount HF water pump motor?

A very experienced poster here mercifully PMed me that he thought one of the better engines out there was the one that comes as the power unit for a Harbor Freight water pump for just over $100. I have an HF close by, but would any of the mounting kits work with this dude on a Wallace World Schwinn or Huffy cruiser? 'Nother words, if I bought the pump/engine, the kit and the cruiser, would I have a chance of getting a running MB out of it?

The 98cc is a Lifan and an excellent engine I have used 4 of them in builds. Once the tank is off it is very compact and inframes real well. They have a lot of torque.

So, what kind of pto shaft does the 98cc have? What are the dimentions?cvlt1
 
Thats a Lifan in the link. 3 of the 4 I had have a true 5/8 crank, one had something slightly smaller, and required a sleeve I made of thin stock. The length is 2 7/16. They dont rev quites as high as an HF engine(6000) but make it to 5500 with no problems. Cruise very nicely @ 4250. I believe they are a longer stroke than a Preddy, but not sure.
