has anyone bought a 2011 {48cc skyhawk slanthead} {cns carb} kit from kings motors

No, but if you aren't experienced with carburetors, nix the CNS and get a NT or a NT (speed)

I have I would get the 66cc (80cc) instead so you'll have plenty of torque and power

I concur... The NT carbs are much easier to tune.
