Kdx-80 engine on a bicycle

Anyone ever build a bike with one of these engines? I just picked up a kdx 80 with a good engine, would like to use it on a bicycle frame for a beast of a motorbike. Any info would be appreciated.

steel hvy duty frame and moped mag wheels with hyd disk brakes and a very good helmet. maybe a custom co-mo built frame. those motors stock are 21-24 hp with a 6 speed your way past the MAB world. cant wait to see it. carefull .... dennis

Yea, thinking about using the headtube and wheels on a custom frame, This way I'll have a nice suspension and better wheels/ rear sprocket setup

Any idea how much the engine weighs? This website: http://www.georgiaoffroad.com/dirtbike.php?model=83kdx80&modelid=158 indicates that the dry weight of the motorcycle is about 150 lbs. which is a little bit much for a lightweight motorized bicycle. Pretty good high power engine though since there is a lot of these used motorcycles for sale.

The engine is pretty small , prob about 20 lbs or less
