New to Forum: I just bought a SearsSpaceLiner+Motor
HOWDY!
I just jumped into the hobby today by buying a vintage Sears SpaceLiner bicycle with a gasoline engine mounted to it. I got it off craigslist for $250. It's got the beginnings of a cool 1905 motorcycle look to it. My reason for buying this thing was to have a cool project to work on, and a stylish/unique vehicle to pedal around this VERY hilly neighborhood. My thought was that the motor would be great for hill-climbing. However, before I can enjoy this new contraption, it needs a thing or two for safety.
It occurs to me that I should pursue further questions in the cruiser bikes forum. Anyhow, nice to meet y'all!
Cheers,
SpaceMan
