jerking/shaking at wot?

I have a ported 66cc with rse reed valve and windowed piston
When i give it full throttle it jerks forward like its starving for fuel
I replace the spark plug with ngk, fuel line, CDI, magneto stator coil, magneto, fuel petcock with sbp petcock and sbp fuel filter
I even bought a new sha carb but still the same
 
Try running it without the air filter for a few miles & tell us if it changed anything?

If it runs worse?, the carb jet is too lean.
If it runs better?, it's too rich.
 
i think i fixed it, a half link keep snagging inside the drive sprocket chamber. i removed it and re position the engine now it's running smooth
