one of the bolts that holds the front engine clamp snapped off! just from riding it! cheapest metal i've seen since i shot a rusted bucket.

what do i do now? should i try to drill it out and tap it? get someone to weld a new bolt on?

I don't use the mounting studs that come with the engine. Throw them all away. Go to the local hardware store and find some bolts of the proper length and matching threads. Super glue them in.

That would be M6X1.0 threaded stock or "all thread".

Use an "EZ Out" to remove the broken stud.

Use loctite or nail polish.

Yes, that's why you use one. You drill a hole in the center of the broken stud, and insert an EZ Out. You can buy one at Sears or your local auto parts store, Home Depot, ect. Also called a bolt extractor and other things.
