Introduction to my GX160 Road bike

Here it is. My solution to quick and easy transport around town.
Its taken around 3 months to get to its finished stage but right now im just chasing down gearing problems and jackshaft issues.
So far its been able to run nicely at 80km/h (50mp/h) and ive had it at around 100km/h (60mp/h) but my gearing is still too tall

Easy way to get reverse direction, bigger sprocket on jack shaft input side, would cut the gearing down a lot.

It's currently going 10 tooth clutch. 14t either end of the jackshaft to a 48t.

Thinking about going 16 on the input side of the shaft and 56 on the rear

Nice fitting the engine in just the space in the frame. I have a Briggs 3.5hp that just fits, but you got like 5hp there I see. I see on your build that the chain from the clutch to the first jackshaft axle could connect to a larger gear. And as you mention too maybe a larger sprocket on the drive wheel. I've been using 12:1 ratio which works for me with the 26 inch drive wheel on my bike. I could use greater reduction as much as 20:1 as I only ride trails off roading. Welcome!
