Hi everybody.

Couple of weeks ago I got myself engine kit. Arrived broken (brand new), but I didn't send it back.
Friend of mine adviced me to repair it on my own - I did so, now Im glad I did it. I had to change ball bearings inside the engine. One of them was completely broken, other one was not even mounted properly.
I suppose that there were some birdhday in Chinese factory while my engine was made. :)

Anyway.
I wanna say BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU, for your threads at this site.
They were really helpfull for me, I got a lot of knowledge. THX for ALL !!!

Today, my engine works like ****. Clutch is a bit noisy, can't do anything about this - already checked. Also Im going to rebuild chain tensioner - this one made by me is not the best idea.

Once again, thanks a lot !!!
Take a look at bluegiant. ;)

....

Pozdrawiam

Uh, not yet.....maybe after awhile, yes?

You said "thank you", I said "You are most welcome friend". Maybe I should have said- "You are welcome", and left out the friend part until you bought me dinner and drinks?

the chain tensioner is scary.

you should take it off and replace with something else... we'll discuss why, later.

yes, I'm opinionated.

ok, why am I opinionated and why would I care?

I feel other riders are somewhat 'brothers' and don't like to see anyone hurt.

More less - right.
In my language, word "friend" means a bit more than in English. At least for me. :)
Besides, I chose my friends on my own.

Forget about dinner and drinks !!! Ohio is to far for me, to buy for you even ordinary breakfast. :)
No hard feeligs - already like you. :)

It may be scary, but it works much better than original chinese piece. :)
I wrote, that tensioner will be changed. This one does not make problems even at speed around 30 mph.
Don't worry, "something elese" is on my mind. :)

I figured, that gas spring and a few of small ball bearings will be the best solution.
It's not gonna be easy, but I believe that somehow I'll be able to build it for my bike. :)

RELAX - I do not need help, knowledge is enough. My worries, solving on my own.
I'm a little mechanical. :)

Do you remember this stuff --> http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=30271
Notice that I don't ask. I simply know some things.
