Having only heard it and other Gabriel stuff just maybe since 4 yrs ago (thanks to YT - not thanks to RADIO - which always sucked).

Never knew Genesis was such a great rock band! - thanks for nothing RADIO...since the last 40 fking years.

Earlier Genesis is so much better than the only stuff I knew about (Collin's band).

I'm huge fan of Genesis early work. I found them back in 73. We were lucky to have a radio station that played alternative music at midnight. Bands like Genesis, Yes, Emerson Lake and Palmer, etc.

In a way you're lucky to have turned on to that music now. A whole other world has opened up for you. Funny how it goes sometimes. I've had a similar experience.
