im sure this is the owner of the site he is talking about to buy from. Why do you put "will not ship to california" on your ad when you clearly will?????? technicality? enginesonlineshop looks like there done if you go to there website. im just about 3 weeks into my break in too so i guess if it breaks at this point I am SOL just like my 1st motor from them. Oh well as long as the crankshaft does not split in 1/2 i have motor parts here from the 1st motor!

Funny thing about CA.
I lived in LA. for a long time. Motorized bikes are 100% legal everywhere with no restrictions, but the engines themselves do not meet the emissions restrictions in California, so a lot of dealers/manufactures won't ship there.
