I have a pretty new Chinese 49 engine. Was starting easy. Now it is tough to get started

It seems like I don't hear anything in the chamber doing anything. It will eventually start. But I don't don't why all of a sudden it's tough to start. Almost sounds like nothing is happening when I try to start it, but it will eventually start. What's wrong with it? I'm new at this bike engine kit

Start with the easy stuff- Check/clean/change the plug. Use a good one, like an NGK B6hs.
Make sure your air filter is clean.
Mix some fresh fuel (NOT IN THE TANK) at 32-40:1, NOT 16:1.
Check all your wiring.

Thank you, ...so I had to go with ngk b5hs, the store near me didn't have the b6hs in stock. Man, what a world of a difference!!!! I have to check to see if it's running now that it's so quiet , thank you very much!!!!

So I rode into work today, no issues. Actually pleased with the ride. I go to leave and I can't get it started. What am I doing wrong? Please help me bro
